As a Sales Floor Manager at Bhs, your responsibilities will fall within the following 5 key areas; Sales, Service, Standards, People and Profit. The role will see you managing and motivating an operational team within a department of the store, delivering proactive customer service, achieving targets within budget, and identifying areas of improvement and implementing plans to achieve it.
We'll support your good ideas and give you the breathing space to allow them to thrive, so that you see them take root and influence our bottom line. That way, you'll constantly broaden your experience and improve your expertise.
You will already have gained line management experience in a fast paced fashion or home retailer. Along with your energetic personality and can do attitude your strong planning and organizational skills, commercial attitude and self motivation will allow you to excel at the challenges that are waiting for you.
